Edgbaston Cricket Ground From The Top of the Number 1 Bus |

The redevelopment work continues at the cricket ground and I thought with no stands to clutter the view if I went on the top deck of the number 1 bus I would get some great shots as the bus goes past the ground. I boarded the bus in Moseley village which gave me plenty of time to get upstairs and find a seat with a clean window; I got off the bus at the Priory hospital and repeated the process during the return journey, I had ever detail planned such as doing this during rush hour so that the bus would go slowly. But the first return bus was a single decker so I had a longer wait and the boards that separate the playing surface from the building site are a higher than I thought and hoped for
