rosebowl 6×9ish |

The original design for the p612v4 was to have a nice short focal length to get really wide angle views on 6×12 that would hopefully exceed anythign I can manage with a 10mm lens on an APS-C sized sensor. Unfortunately, my homemade pinholes aren’t really up to the job, and all the filter wheel shenanigans just add to the problem of light fall off at the extremes. So even though this was shot as a 6×12, even cropping to 6×9ish gives an underwhelming horizontal angle of view.
Ah well, if I ever do a v5 I’ll try and do better.
Shot on Fuji Velvia RVP100F, 1 sec, f/155, P612v4.1
